Fortum Oyj respects privacy and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of the users (“You”) of our mobile game CleanPower (“Game”). This Privacy Policy helps You understand what personally identifiable information and non-personal information we collect, and how we use it.
This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Game. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Game’s Terms of Service. If You do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, You may not use the Game.
“Personal information” refers to information, which allows the identification of an individual person (as defined and in compliance with the European Union’s Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC and the US COPPA regulations). This is opposite to “non-personal information” meaning information that cannot be used to specifically identify any person.

We do not collect any personal information from the Game.
For avoidance of doubt, if you connect to the Game Center by Apple or Google Play by Google, such services will receive some limited information on You (such as your username). Any use of such information shall be upon to such third party’s privacy policy and terms of use. We advise children not to provide any personal information in their username.
Information We May Collect and Sources of Information
Even though we do not collect personal information concerning You, we may collect non-personal technical information regarding your use of the Game. This non-personal information consists of information such as your actions in the Game, playtimes, levels cleared and access times.
We do not permit interest-based advertising in the Game.
In order to analyze and improve the Game we use an analytics service called Flurry Restricted to collect and use non-personal information. All Flurry services are under their own privacy policy. We do not receive any personal information via Flurry Restricted. Flurry Restricted utilizes your device indentifier(s). You may opt-out from having data from your device to be sent to Flurry from this link: https://dev.flurry.com/secure/optOut.do
We do not otherwise utilize cookies or any other tracking tools in the Game.
Disclosing Information
We may share only non-personal information (such as anonymous usage data, platform types, asset views, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third-parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality of the Game.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes, if any, hereto will be made available at www.cleanpowergame.com. We do not use any tracking tools or collect personal information on the web site. While you are browsing the site, your computer’s operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language and referring web site addresses may be logged automatically to the third party (Amazon AWS S3) service. Changes hereto will not prejudice your rights without a separate consent by You.
